Very high quality items. I use this for increased resistance for plyometrics training. I play basketball all the time and used to be able to only touch the rim. Now i can consistently dunk and grab the rim after only a few weeks of intense training. Im looking forward to continue increasing my vertical leap. The lateral resistance band is helping me become a lockdown defender. Great buy highly recommended!
