I don't usually do reviews but this item is excellent and I wanted to share my thoughts. Is it accurate? YES. I performed all the testing they provided in the book and the measurements were accurate. I then used a large level on the lines and they were dead on. High Quality? YES. I have purchases other self-leveling lasers and this one is the best. The packaging is high quality and allows you to store it safely after use. The batteries last a long time and laser light is very bright and distinct. Much easier to see compared to others. This one have no extra lines or random spots of light like the others. Is it worth it? YES. I purchased this to install some curtains in my home and it took a 10th of the time to complete compared to measuring and manually level. I know over a $100 dollars seems alot for a level but it is worth every penny and there is no price on the time you will save. I was on the fence and very happy I got it.

This has been a fantastic tool for easily lining up the new placements for my raised collar ties and doing other work in my attic. Since then, I've found all sorts of uses with other projects. The other day, I was doing one of those projects (leveling my garage door) when my level fell from a height of +7 feet. The only damage it sustained was a broken cover. I was amazed that it was still calibrated and everything else was working flawlessly. Talk about being built tough! I reached out to their support and was quickly sent a replacement part and it's good as new! I absolutely hate it when a company doesn't abide by sustainability practices like making spare parts available but I can definitely say that Wokeline is not one of those companies. They build solid products and they stand by them.

I am an Electrician and I will use this laser for multiple applications throughout my industry. I really like the green laser lines vs. red ones. The case is well protected against damaging the instrument. I like to fact the instrument has 2 batteries and a charger. I am surprised it DOES NOT come with a operation and maintenance manual. Plus I have trouble accessing the site [email protected] to claim my laser receiver as promised. Brent --- NH

I have used this for way more things than I originally intended when I bought it a couple of months ago. I had considered getting a unit with a horizontal line and vertical dots, but am very glad to have gone with the 3d version, as there are things that having three axes allows that are awesome. I had read a review that warned about battery life, but I always remove the battery after use and have had no such issues myself. The laser is super bright, I am able to use it at dusk outdoors with no problem. Indoor use, for example in the workshop to level work surfaces, is super easy and very bright. The self-leveling is a breeze. I am glad I chose the green laser, it is easier to read than the red ones I have used. The packaging is really nice - good shock proofing and just enough space for everything. The extra pocket is very useful for instructions and notes. Because the foam is compressible I am able to put the unit in its case without detaching my tripod mount, which I appreciate. Overall, I'm impressed.

I am fairly experienced DIYer as I have built a large home and pole barn, i also a own and repair a few rental rental properties. I bought this laser order to help set grade pins for my concrete floor in my pool barn (48’x80’). I tend to be a bit OCD about leveling my floor and did not want water flowing towards my walls, so I was very meticulous with setting grade. I was amazed with the accuracy of this device! I placed the laser on a tripod and shot a horizontal laser 60 feet away and marked a line where the laser shined on the beam. Then, I rotated the laser while still on the tripod 180° And measured how much higher or lower it was from the mark. It was within an eighth of an inch. I considered it very very good especially considering the price of this products costing twice as much. I have also used the vertical laser to frame walls and shelves. I don’t know how I ever got along without it. I highly recommend it.

I was nervous about making this purchase. I’m an avid try-it-myselfer but I’ve never attempted cabinetry. My wife was also in my ear about purchasing tool that I might or might not be able to use to achieve the goal, which is her dream kitchen. I compared nearly ALL the reviews on this item, Dewalt, and Bosch. All of them had similar capabilities but this was the most affordable. Here is what I found; 1. Set-up was easy. Using the included instructions to check the accuracy was very confusing until I watched YouTube videos and then then the instructions made sense. 2. A tripod or another solid, adjustable mounting surface is a must. I thought I could figure out a way to do it with a load-lock designed for hauling cargo but the magnets are located on the bottom of the device so that plan failed. I found a cheap tripod locally for $25 and it made everything much easier. 3. This level was AT MOST 1/64” off at 40 feet. To the naked human eye, this is indiscernible. Extremely accurate compared to the acceptable tolerance, which is lower than the Dewalt and Bosch. 4. I used it to set the first two upper cabinets of my life. In my excitement, I left the device on overnight. When I woke up for work the next day, it was still shining. That area gets the most light from 07:00-09:00 but I could have still used it to set cabinets. The battery was one that came in the package. It came with two. The Dewalt and Bosch both come with one. 5. This laser saved me an untold amount of money considering it revealed just how out of plumb my wall was. The upper cabinets had to be shimmed 3/8” at the bottom. In order to avoid shimming the bases, I decided to amend the studs and make a new toe kick for the entire run. Bottom Line; seasoned professionals can probably get away without this tool but, if you’re gonna try it yourself, you don’t know yet how valuable a resource this level is. It’s less than half the price of the others I compared it to and will have paid for itself probably 30 fold when I finish the kitchen and laundry room.

This laser is a MUST HAVE for any DIY’r! I have done many jobs and wish I had this sooner! The unit is rugged and works absolutely perfect!!! In a well lit room the lasers are clearly visible. Outside in daylight I recommend getting a laser receiver...otherwise the laser lines may not be visible...which is to be expected! This is an amazing tool, not the cheapest or most expensive...but it will get the job done! The pictures show what came in the box and the laser on in a well lit room! Let’s get to work!!!! ~ John

Just got this a few weeks ago and it is awesome for laying out accurate plumb and horizontal straight lines. My first use is laying out where to put the bottom plate on my stud wall I’m adding to an exterior wall to add insulation. Upcoming will be ensuring my cabinet installation is uniform around the kitchen to include our 4’x8’ island. It was very easy to use right out of the box after charging the battery pack. I love having the protective carrying case to hold it when not in use. I showed my friend visiting from out of town and he liked to so much he will be buying one for his next project.
