This item bought from store is a pale pink color. From Amazon it is a dirty yellow. Taste seems ok but I will not purchase this item through Amazon again.

I put it on my grilled chicken sandwich with avocados. Sushi ginger is great plain too. I have a tablespoon every morning. I really enjoy it.

Best ginger I’ve ever eaten definitely delicious ordering my second time! This is now the 4th time ordering this is the very best pickled ginger on the market wish they made pickled onions!!!!!

Received my order and one jar was opened and leaking. Due to their return policy I can’t get a refund. For the price I paid wasn’t happy about that. I did open another jar and the ginger is very good. This is the only reason I gave it 3 stars.
