It appears someone cut the corners of the book it’s noticeable. However doesn’t affect the quality of the book itself

I have no issues with the content of the book, but the binding is very low quality. The spine of the book is coming apart and pages started to fall out. I've tried to glue them back in, and now the book is a mess. I would have normally bought the Kindle version, but I am using this book for a graduate class, and I wanted to make notes in the margins. I now wish I had bought the Kindle version.

Very clean for a rental. It is also a good read if you are working or are planning to work for the state, city or any other government agencies.

I was disappointed in the book. There is very little information on non-Federal trends.

The book is in Excellent condition and it is a great read
