The most comfortable IWB holster I have owned
The holster is vey comfortable. It secures very well to my belt and never slips like some other IWB holsters I have owned. It doesn’t have anything on the back side of the holster to poke me.The only downside side is that my pistol doesn’t lock or click in to secure it. If there is a way to tighten it down to hold the pistol I don’t see how and there were no institutions sent with the holster.

A worthy holster for your firearm - much improved version over previous ones
I am a holster aficionado. A good holster is the only way you'll take your firearm with you everywhere you go. And it may be that time you need it, that you left it at home, because of a holster that is too much work to deal with. Or it is uncomfortable.I recently had purchased an Alien Gear 3.5 IWB for a firearm that this was unavailable for. While it leaves removable marks on my light colored firearm, I decided to give this a try for a different firearm. I'm glad I did. This one works like a charm. It isn't available for all firearms, but for many of the more popular options. In my case I'm using this with a Glock 23, which is heavy enough with a full load of ammo. The spread of the holster is just right. Not too much real estate taken up on your belt, but enough to spread out the weight. That is a factor not to be taken lightly. This version works so much better than the last go around with this model a couple of years ago. The footprint is reduced. The ease of getting it on and off, plus how it slides against a t-shirt (I wear a t-shirt under my polo shirt) has greatly improved. Instead of four screw points of securing this to the backing, it is down to one. Sounds bad, but so far it isn't. In the interest of safety, in case the loose end moves away from the backing, the trigger guard is secured on both sides. it snaps in, and is secure. And like the previous version, there is an included thumb release add on if you choose to use it, which means you have to press it down to remove the gun from the holster. Good if using as OWB, but IWB, I am not concerned. Once it is on your belt, your body is naturally holding in the unsecured side. This allowed this to be made smaller that the previous version, which is good.Adjustments are easily performed on the backer and belt clips, or you can also move the can't with a small adjustment to the two Allen screws. Retention can be adjusted as well. The backing is cool and comfortable, which I knew from the Alien Gear 3.5 IWB, same material. This will prevent sweat from reaching the firearm. And the sweat guard (comfort guard really) covers all the way up the slide. Extra pieces are included to use this with other shape shift mounts. The belt clips for this stay put once seated onto your gun belt. That was one of my beefs with a competitive holster that I liked. The metal clips would let the holster slide around. I need this to stay put when I put it on and get it in a comfortable spot. With this holster, that does happen, it stays put. It works. It is not something you'll regret buying.I wear this all the time. And I'm not kidding. It is comfortable, secure, and comes with a lifetime warranty. Nothing more I could ask.

Fast grip may be hindered.
OK, I spent a lot of time, as most of us do, searching for the right holster. Several people love their Alien Gear Shape Shift, so with summer coming, I though maybe this was a more concealable solution during the months of less concealing clothing. I purchased the Shape Shift for an LCP IISo, some of the written instruction could use a little more detail but the adjustability of this thing is crazy. I like the fact that it it comes with an option thumb release. What I do not like is the cut of the backing / sweat guard in 2 places. One is at the top behind the slide. When you place your hand around the grip in a full ready grip fashion, the top of your thumb rubs pretty bad on the sweat guard. If that were trimmed ever so slightly to match the profile of the gun it would be a lot better. FYI, I have very small hands. The other area that needs attention is is at the trigger guard. Again, you're going for full ready grip and there just a little bit of the backing that my middle finger catches on it's way around the grip.Other than that the holster is comfortable and very concealable and definitely over engineered. At the price I'm debating on a return as $70 is a fair amount of money on something that may put you in a bad position. Maybe these issues are because of the small gun but it's supposed to be designed for that specific gun. I do like the ease of adjusting the retention, cant and ride height. All very easy to work with.Having said that, I will give it a week of trial run :) but right now I feel like it could be better and I'm not sure I'll have the confidence to wear this daily.

Definitely would recommend!
Would definitely recommend. The original delivery date was like 10-14 days, which I wasn’t thrilled about, but it arrived in about a week. Not awful. Was exactly as described! Actually smaller than I pictured, which is a good thing. No complaints!

Ignore the 1 star Karen reviews, this is the one you want.
After fighting with 4 other brands/styles/positions of holsters, this is the one. Look no further. I waited a few months before I wrote anything so I could give it a good test. I'm a really skinny dude with no hips, and for me bigger is better apparently. This holster distributes the weight very nicely so I don't have one heavy spot that yanks my pants down, an issue I had with any single clip holsters. I carry this about 3-4 o'clock, and It's so comfortable, You WILL forget you're carrying this. I spent about 2 hours trying all the different adjustments this holster has to find the perfect position for me, which I see as a good thing. You can fine tune your cant and retention with the screws, and the ride height with the clips. I personally like a tight retention setting which works great with the clips that hold very well. It can be a little hard to get off your belt at first, but once I found the right technique it comes on and off in seconds. I have the clips set to the top most hole, which rides the lowest in the waistband. Done this way, it holds the grip closer to your body for better concealment. I haven't had any of the issues I've seen in the other reviews like unraveling or whatever. I carry every day everywhere, and visit the range every other to run drills. It still looks NEW. I can't speak for the customer service issues as I haven't had to contact them, but it does state you have a lifetime replacement warranty.
