I purchased this as a gift for a close friend who lost a pet. They really liked this and commented on the quality of the chime. The sound was light and and comforting. It was too loud or tacky sounding like some of the others ones can be. I would definitely order this again when something like this was needed.The vendor accurately described this item and had it ship quickly. I would have liked it to be offered as a same day or one day delivery due to the type of product it is. The item was also packaged very well and was in a gift-able box so there was no reason to transfer this to another box.

the saying on the disc looks to be a laser cutout, which is nice that the light will shine thru it. it is very nicely made, and sounds very relaxing. this will make a very thoughtful gift for a person who is suffering the loss of their pet. if you are looking to engrave it would have to be on the very small pawprint at the bottom. dont know if it was a long name if it would fit and be readable. however, for the quality, sound and sturdiness of the chimes, i would recommend

I ordered this for my mom who recently had to put her cat down. I had the plate engraved with the cats name at a local jewelry shop. The engraving is right after the chimes text, plenty of room for this. It's very pretty. It would be best to keep indoors near a window instead of outside as it would get ruined by weather and sun.

I got this for my Step mom after she lost her husky Raja who used to lay out on the balcony during the day.
