I honestly thought that this might have been a waste of money but I went for it anyway because it was worth a shot and I usually have trouble with normal eyelash curlers. You know the ones that are cylinder and round? But this little set literally made my whole day! Within minutes of trying the biggest curler first then the smaller one, my eye lashes stayed curled for the rest of the day, the brush is really an added bonus after I use my mascara. I love that the curlers and brush are easy to use and easy to clean, plus it has a hold in the center of both curler so that you don’t have to necessarily close your eye. Also, as long as you’re going slow and not pulling to hard, they will not make your eye lashes fall out. Before this I considered getting eyelash extensions but now I’m satisfied with just this little pack. What worked for me may not work for the next but just my opinion.❤️

This set looks nice and is partially functional. I purchased the Japonesque curler about 6 years ago and it finally busted on me, so, I was in the market for a new curler. I bought this set because I had the Japonesque curler and thought this might work the same. Sadly, the large curler is ineffective. It works nothing like the similar Japonesque curler and while the small curler works, you have to take it piece by piece, making it tough to get an even curl. The brush and bomb are a nice added feature, and work well.Everything above remains the same, however, the reason for the update in the stars is for customer service. Gina reached out from Elephant beauty and ensured that I was satisfied with my experience. An alternative curler was offered and works similar to the previously purchased Japonesque curler. Maybe they received a poor shipment of the full-size curlers before, as the new one she sent works well. I cannot give 5 stars due to the nature of the original curler sent, maybe if the original curler is replaced with the alternative curler this would be a 5-star purchase. Gina, thank you for taking the time to make your customer happy. I would purchase from Elephant beauty again and have full confidence in their customer service experience.

Even when I don't feel like wearing makeup, I at least still brush my brows into place, curl my lashes and put on mascara. I always felt like I was somehow unable to learn how to correctly curl lashes with the typical curlers. They either never catch my corners properly, or I frequently clip my eyelid. These curlers are amazing!! the little one alone does a great job, but using the larger one afterward truly gives a perfect curl. I can honestly say, this feels idiot proof, which is apparently what I needed.The truth is that it is worth it to make this purchase just for the spool that comes with it. There's a spool on one side and a comb on the other which is great quality even on it's own. Just buy this set, you won't be disappointed.

I needed a new lash curler because my old metal one wasn’t doing me justice anymore and I remembered years ago I had a plastic one I really liked (a brand I can’t remember). So I thought I’d give this set a try. I have somewhat big round eyes and the big one seemed to be an odd fit for my eye and I couldn’t get all the lashes at once (so it’s good they include the smaller one for the corners). It was also difficult to clamp, it sort of pauses and makes a loud clicking sound when being used. I liked the small one better and started just using the small one for my whole eye and just doing my lashes in sections, moving across my eye with it. That one didn’t do the loud click and it did give me a really nice and long lasting curl. The only issues with that one was it easily tended to pinch my eyelids and would sometimes crimp the lashes by accident, especially in the corners. Unfortunately I’d had this set for a couple months when the small curler I had been using daily broke. It got stuck somehow and stopped clamping. So, a little disappointed. Fortunately this company cares about it’s customers and they will communicate with you when you have an issue, to help your satisfaction.

I have very long eyelashes, and I could not get this close enough to actually curl more than just the tips of my lashes. And to say curling is incredibly generous, because it definitely does NOT curl anything. It didn’t even manage to kink just the lash tips. Honestly, you’re truly better off putting on some mascara and using your finger to push lashes upward as it dries. As a professional makeup artist over 15 years, I’ve used hundreds of lash curlers. And this one is without a doubt one of the WORST I’ve ever tried. Bottom 5 for sure.

UPDATE:The seller reached out to me and offered to send me another lash curler in case the one I received was defective. She was so nice, and I agreed to try another one. I received a new curler set and the second one is so much better. It’s cute and simple, and does a good job of curling my eyelashes. No pinching or cutting. The smaller one comes in handy for curling my outer corners.This is the worst lash curler I have ever used. It was easy to use and I really like the concept, however it did not curl my lashes, it just bent them. Like literally bent them like the corner of a square. Thankfully I only squeezed gently, bc I honestly think if I had squeezed hard it would have cut my lashes off.

I bought this one hoping it was going to be like the LM brand , It was not ! The brand name was expensive & broke after few months but worked so well when I got them . This does not tightly curl enough and seems to make my eyelashes come out ( maybe pad is sticky ) . Went back to Laura Mercier & just ordered 4 of that brand ( to me it's worth it to have pretty eyes) even though hers does not have the best reviews due to lasting quality , but works great for a bit 👍🏼Update : this company stands by its products , even though it didn't work for me , EB contancted me to offer a replacement or a refund .
