Opened brand new product yesterday. Does not charge. Spoke to tech support. Man said to try pushing power button and when I did the button when into the unit. Poor quality...now I have to return and they will send replacement. More later.

I like the jump starter but the tire inflator is problematic. The inflator hose should not have a screw on nozzle. Especially when it's middle of the night and raining and you are struggling with the nozzle. This kit would be good for home use but not as an emergency kit.

Was super excited to get this for my husband who had watched the infomercials and wanted it for his birthday. Received it and on the first use... nothing... not even a spark. Really disappointed in the product but the customer service process to return with a refund went very smoothly.

The product is fine but the case it fits in DEF NEEDS some SERIOUS WORK.

I bought this kit and am super happy I did! It charges cell phones, the portable air compressor works great, bright flashlight - that's the only things I've used so far. Totally worth the price.

I like it for multiple reasons but I haven't had success with jumping a battery, but I believe it was because the battery wasn't the issue it could have been the starter, so I am still waiting to give someone a jump start,but the compressor work fine.

The battery runs down too fast. With a laptop it takes less d=than 30 minutes
