these nibs do seem expensive for what they are but they are better than the nib provided for the boox air note 2 plus, they seem to be lasting longer and feel a bit more accurate. i will buy these again when i have no more left.

Expensive for what it is but decent

These are a must for your Boox note. They have a better writing feel than the nib that comes with the stylus. I also bought some ReMarkable nibs as they are supposed to be the best, but I have to say that these actually feel better and a re far cheaper. The only reason I have removed a star is that I have had the nib fall out a few times, and once it got lost.

Easy to install, functions the same as the original pen nibs

These nibs work well and have a nice feel. A perfect replacement for the ones supplied initially with the device. I really wish they were cheaper though. Nibs need changing every 4 weeks or so if you use them heavily (if you write heavy handedly it’s even worse) This is more money than I used to spend on pens!

They worked for the BOOX Ultra Tab C, and that's all I needed :)

tips are good quality, and i am writing by hand more than ever. A lockdown jounrnal is a god send to keep me focussed. i am worried that the magpie in the tree outside is leading a conspiracy against the democtatic nations of the world, he seems to be communicating with secret satellite technology. I can see thru his feathers to the core of blackness and the hideous corpuscle that hides in his beak. I suspect the toaster is in on it too. So i set fire to the bread.

I have had an extremely poor experience trying to get support from Boox for my Pen2 Pro stylus and nibs. I first contacted Boox on 22 October 2025, explaining that I needed nibs compatible with my Note Air 3 and stylus. Their automated system acknowledged the ticket but offered only generic links to FAQ pages. On 28 October, I sent a polite follow-up email (with a photo) explaining that I wasn’t sure which pen I had, and that only the first nib from my pack had worked — all the others failed. The reply from Boox simply asked whether I was using a Pen Plus or Pen2 Pro and suggested buying a new pen if ink leakage continued. From 30 October to 5 November, the situation became more frustrating. I was repeatedly sent incorrect links (including one for the wrong product on Amazon), asked the same questions multiple times, and given inconsistent information about pen compatibility. Despite confirming that my pen was a Pen2 Pro, I kept being told conflicting things — first that the Pen Plus and Pen2 Pro were different, then later that they used the same nibs. When I explained that my nibs had been bought earlier in the year and that the problem persisted even with the old nib, Boox finally suggested that the issue must be with the pen itself. However, they refused to offer repair or replacement, saying that they don’t service accessories and that if the pen had been used for more than six months, I should just buy a new one — despite the pen costing £99 and being well cared for. Over nearly two weeks, I exchanged more than 10 emails and never received a clear, consistent, or helpful response. Each message from support felt disconnected from the last, and I was left without a working pen or clear warranty guidance. Very disappointing customer service for such an expensive product. I would not recommend Boox based on this experience.

Great nibs to use. My original one that came with the note air 2 plus wore out enough after 9 months that I decided to replace it. I'm just wondering for those who would use more than 5 nibs in a relatively short time, they'd keep getting the tool with it while 1 tool is enough. Would it not be better to make a version without the tool for those who already have one?

This is an essential pen tip end that should come as spare ones with the tablet itself. It is a bit too expensive for what it is. Dropping the pen several times on the tip tilts it sideways and is not precise and comfortable to write, so replacing it with a fresh one is essential. Overall this is what I expected and am happy with the purchase.
