The headset I bought wasn't working with my new phone, and when I saw the extended warranty on this product, I contacted Customer Service. I had the headset almost 2 yrs and Customer Service stepped right in and mailed me a replacement! No questions, no problem - and they apologized for the inconvenience.This headset wasn't compatible with my new phone, so they immediately issued a refund. Not a lot of things are easy, but this absolutely was! My thanks and sincere appreciation to Susan for making this whole process so much easier than I ever thought it could be.

UPDATE** I had to order a new cordless phone, just a new handset, as the other one quit working. This headset does not work with the new phone, same brand, model, Vtech, dect 6101 etc. I am so disappointed because I really love this headset! I love that I can hear everyone who is talking to me, even if there is a lot of noise around me. The cord doesn't snap/fit into place. It is a loose connection, therefore giving me no connection at all. I still have one phone in the office that I can use this headset with, but when that battery died yesterday, I couldn't switch phones with my headset!! Now I am wondering if I need to find another headset that will fit my other phone and have two headsets? Is there one that will fit that phone? Dang!! So sad about this!Been looking for a head piece for a bit. Decided to go with this one. The last one I had fit around my ear and inside it. I couldn't hear the phone call very well. and finally stopped using it. This one is so much better! I can actually hear, and will occasionally have to turn the volume down. It is very comfortable, wasn't sure about the piece fitting on top of my head, but I don't mind at all. Only been using this for a week at the office, but it is 10 X better than my other one. I need to have both hands to type while talking. This was a great purchase. Hopefully it will last a long time.

Excellent headset for cordless phone, laptop, etc, especially considering how inexpensive it was. Good quality; as long as you take care of it and don't get the cord caught on something, it should last a long, long time. I use it every day with my cordless, and people have commented that I "sound good." It has a clip so you can clip it to your shirt/blouse lapel, and a volume control/mic/mute button built into a module on the cord. It has a long cord, so I would keep the excess, unneeded cord rolled up and secured with a bread bag tie. I like it.

This product works fine. I wear it over an ear with a hearing aid or without one and it really makes understanding what callers are saying much clearer. However, I have an average sized adult female head and the head band of this headset is too small even at its largest setting. Also it hugs the head so tightly, it causes pain after a few minutes of wear. For a kid, or very small adult, this would probably work fine. I am giving it three stars because it does what it claims to do, but it is such a poor fit for an average sized adult head and it is very uncomfortable to wear more than a few minutes. I cannot in good conscience recommend this item, and I am going to look for a different headset for myself.

Headphone portion is very comfortable on my ear. I have a big head so finding good quality headsets and headphones in the past have been an issue. Again, fits nice and is adjustable and can be worn right or left side for preference or even just to change things up during long call times. Sound quality is excellent for both incoming and outgoing. Match all that with great pricing and I'd definitely recommend to a friend or anyone who needs one.

There are many things I really like about this headset. I like that this headset has both a mute function and volume control. It’s confortable.The only reason I didn’t give it a full 5-star rating is because I’ve had to buy or receive replacements because the headset has failed...usually because the caller can’t hear me. Bear in mind, this hasn’t happened early in the lifespan of the headset. It’s not terribly expensive for what it is, and has been the best I can find for a corded headset. I just keep a spare onhand.

I have these headsets on all three of my landline phones. Despite the low cost, the clarity is great on both sides. They enable me to multitask while on the phone (chopping in the kitchen, folding laundry, etc.) The brand I used previously went downhill so found these as a replacement. I've had them for a few years now and have had no issues. Every once in awhile one needs to be replaced, but that is to be expected with a product that is used daily.

As much as I liked the phone with the un-connect feature that I bought with it, I could retrieve messages but was not able to call out. The end did not fit properly into the phone. I have returned it already but will not rule out any headset I get in the future until I check your items out first. thank you caring, Helen
