Ideal Pet Products Clear Vinyl Replacement Flap

This door sweep provides superior weather protection! It's made a noticeable difference in keeping drafts, dust, outdoor air, and even small animals out. I use it only at night while on vacation for security, and it gives me great peace of mind. It keeps other animals out and blocks the colder weather from coming in under the door. The seal is excellent thanks to the magnet on the bottom. It creates a tight, secure barrier that really works. You can feel the difference immediately. The material is very thick and made with great quality. This isn't some flimsy strip that will wear out after a few months—it's built to last and feels substantial. It's super easy to install! The process was straightforward and took just minutes. No complicated tools or instructions needed—just measure, cut if necessary, and attach. The size fit perfectly on my door. It looks clean and professional, not like a DIY afterthought. The value for the money is outstanding, and it saves you money in the long run by simply not having to replace the door. Instead of investing in a whole new door to fix draft issues or security concerns, this affordable solution does the job perfectly. If you're dealing with drafts, energy loss, gaps under your door, or need extra security while traveling, this is the answer. It's effective, durable, and such an easy fix! Highly recommend!

We have had our pet door for over 10 years, and we replace the flap door every 18 months or so when it starts to rip at the top(we have 2 large dogs and 2 cats that are constantly in and out this door). This door seems just as durable as the ones we have purchased in the past. Easy to install. These door flaps always work as expected. They also include new screws and a new plate to screw the flap into, so you end up with a “like new” fit.

Great product. No issues. Sturdy and high quality. Lasts about 4-5 years of daily use (for our large dog). Not bad for the price.

Ideal Pet doors are amazing! We love it, with having three active dogs and two cats, it gets a lot of use! We have replaced the flap a few times. They fit our door perfectly and very easy to replace.

This is the only clear vinyl replacement that fits my size opening perfectly.

I’m so very pleased this replacement flap even exists! My 30 year old Ideal Pet Products Patio Door has been an essential part of my household for all this time. My three successive golden retrievers have used the patio door to go in and out to our yard, to play or to potty. The original flap developed a tear up at the top and I was so relieved to find out that the company was still in business and that I could actually get a new flap! It couldn’t have been easier to install. I have a bright, clear flap once again and I didn’t need to buy a whole new door. To get 30 years plus out of any product these days is remarkable. Who knows how long it will last from now? Thank you Ideal Pet Products! Yay!

THIS HAS BEEN A WISE PURCHASE AND WORKS AS IT SHOULD. IT HAS BEEN OVER A YEAR NOW & HAS NOT CRACKED WITH OUR EXTREMELY COLD WEATHER. IT WAS EASY TO INSTALL & OUR DOG HAS NO TROUBLE GETTING IN AND OUT. THIS WAS ALSO ABOUT HALF THE PRICE OF OUR LOCAL PET STORE. A GOOD VALUE!
