The media could not be loaded.  My dog Dexx will play for HOURS! The max setting says 40 feet... not close. Took him about 20 minutes to put the ball in the machine—he’s a very smart dog-once the ball got “wet” it lost some traction. Awesome idea.. worth the money??.....going to give it a few days...After a few plays, the battery dies fast! The grip belt gets dirty easily and the ball gets stuck a lot. It no longer works at all, won’t hold a charge, and is worthless.I do NOT recommend.

Product arrived fine. Battery was dead upon setup and required 14hrs before the charge light turned from red to green. Product ran out of batteries after 5 throws at 20ft setting. Required a further 10hrs before fully charged. This time it lasted approximately 7 throws at 20 and 40ft. The construction is hollow, prone to jamming from leaves collected by the tennis balls. The ball size appears to be odd or proprietary because the machine will not physically throw any other balls except the 3 that came with the unit. Similar sized tennis and rubber dog balls get jammed in the unit.

the item does what is advertised, but not very well. After I taught him how to put the ball in the machine, he really began enjoying it and can play by himself when he wants.there appear to be several issues though, the power is strange, after charging the machine, i tried turning it on several times, and i had to go into the battery and disconnect and reconnect the inner power cable, this was a day into buying the machine. I still have this issue, but keep the machine plugged in to the wall so I dont have to deal with it.The ball does not shoot 40 feet once theres a little dirt in the machine, the thing throws maybe 20, do i want to clean this machine every day? no. so this is really annoying, the track that moves the ball to the ejector easily gets detached and doesn't move the ball, so thats annoying. the tracks also cheap so i doubt it'll last long. the censor that tell the machine the ball is in works..9/10 times.So in my honest opinion, I think this is a fun and easy way to get out a dogs energy, but with this machine, unsupervised, your dog will knock it over, the track won't work, the power will be iffy, and the censor wont work every time, all this add's up to your dog getting a couple dozen throws in alone before the machine has an issue.I'll be keeping this machine because I'm lazy and it does the job I need it too, but if i had to do it again, or was in need of a machine for my dog when i wasn't home, I would opt for higher quality.

Im not sure if this is the expiration date or what......But I cannot get this to start even when it is hooked up to an outlet. EXTREMELY disappointed in this and the set up / start up.

great product. i have found the generic yellow tennis balls work best. my dogs are not a fan and are afraid of it. but its a great product. i hope my dogs eventually come around

The media could not be loaded.  Got this miracle worker yesterday and not only do I love it, my dog loves it even more! He’s a super active dog, always wanting to be outside and loves to play ball. He’s slowly getting there to learning how this thing works but once he does, he’ll be in heaven and I’ll have a tired dog by the end of the night. We played with it yesterday before charging it and it ran for 2 hours before charging. Now since I have it all charged up, I’m so happy and defiantly money worth! So impressed by this! Thank you!

On the second Day of use the feed belt on the bottom started jumping it will NOT feed the balls to the thrower wheels unless you push it with a stick

The media could not be loaded.  It took a while for my terriers to get used to the loud sound and it took them ages to learn what to do but they finally sussed it. We've had this for four months now and they love it, indoors and in the garden. It gets dirty quickly and then the photoelectric detector stops working but it wipes clean. It lasts for a good long session and gets the dogs good and tired. It's expensive but has been worth it for us. It would get 5 stars if it was cheaper and not so noisy.

Just this week tried to charge it for the first time for its first use after being bought at Christmas time and it won't charge. Have checked the charger, that is ok. It's the unit itself is faulty. Scrap!

Absolutely pants, says will shoot 40 foot, I could throw the thing that far, rotten product.. shoots balls about 10 foot at the most fully charged...

Not happy with this product. It struggles to release the ball on all settings. Waste of money.
