I would like to know how a customer is supposed to handle a "creased canvas" and how to frame the canvas once it is painted. The packaging of this product does not have "a quality outcome" in mind for the buyer. Frustrating and requires extra work and $ to produce a satisfactory outcome.

This is a good project for a beginner. There are not as many small numbers as some of the pbn. Since this is my first pbn I am glad I chose to do this. The paint is of good quality and the brushes are fine is you intend to do only one pbn. I would also suggest watching some youtube videos since this is not the same as when you were a kid. The only thing that would have been better is if it didn't come folded.

So I bought this not ever doing one before. It turned out absolutely beautiful. I was very patient however I will add. There are a lot of very small spots to paint. I had to go buy stronger reading glasses in order to see better. I gave it 4 stars because it is quite difficult but it is beautiful! I would take a picture but I do not know where I can add that.

Sad that I won't be able to hang - it was pretty creased when it arrived. I wish they wouldn't have folded and spent the extra shipping to roll the canvas. Won't buy another from this company.

I just don’t understand why anybody would think it is a good idea to fold a canvas multiple times for painting. Things need to change. The only way I can think of is to send a review that reflects displeasure. Hope it helps!

This was a very nice paint by numbers, very easy as the numbers are very large. The picture turned out well, I just didn't like all the white that you had the point. It was creased.

I ordered this as a gift for my Mom who enjoys painting. She received it and loves it and can't wait to get started on it.

The fact that it came folded and not rolled. The folds caused damage to canvas. Cannot stretch onto frame without further damage.
