Works great!
Looks just like the real Mazda part, but only costs a fraction of the price. Fit perfect, works great! I have a Mazda CX9, 2008. Little tip, if you waiting for this to be delivered, you can use a flat head screw drive to start your car.

Clip to Fit
This piece broke off my car ignition years ago. If I knew this was so cheap, I would have replaced this immediately. It just clips right back on where the previous one was. No tools needed. And to think I’ve been using a physical key to start my car, like a caveman.

Fits on my Mazda CX-7 but only lasted about a month
I was looking for a new Ignition Key Knob Push Turn Switch after mine broke after years of use on my 2010 Mazda CX-7. This replacement works and fits well. It's made of quality materials; however, the mounting part that connects to the ignition started to suddenly get loose after about a month and now when I turn the ignition it slips off the ignition. I do not recommend this replacement. I found another maker and will write a review on that product if it holds up.

works but doesn’t fit right
Just be warned that if you are searching for a 2016 CX-9 replacement this will pop up and it will not fit correctly. At least you won’t have to take the key out of the fob every time you need to start the car.

Good value
My husband bought a different one that was poor quality and it broke when I was trying to take it off so I rushed to buy this one because I know I was already in trouble. 😂😂. Fit like a charm and was easy to install a little confusing at first but stays on feels sturdy and now I’m not in trouble anymore. Perfect. I would recommend if you are considering it.

Easy install & durable UPDATED
UPDATE: it’s February 2024 and it’s still intact and just like new! It’s been working great for me and I’ve had it for a couple weeks now. My old one snapped after 10 years so I needed a new one and was so iffy on buying this particular due to the reviews but I’ve had no issue. The hardest part was connecting the two halves together because you need to use some force but i was nervous because I don’t want to break it. Always make sure you firmly press the two buttons on the side to take it off the switch in the vehicle or you will break it again.

Only Lasted 2 Months (but, the OEM version is much pricier!)
UPDATE: Contacted SHINEHOME to invoke their warranty, they replied quickly requesting more info which I provided.... then, nothing, so minus one star. Ordered a similar, less expensive product on that enormous auction site from a vendor who had excellent communication and sent the product quickly. Lesson learned!Original OEM part lasted 16 years of non-Winter use. This version failed after 8 weeks of occasional use and failed the same way: As the knob is turned tabs on the inner piece are stressed, eventually causing a fracture at the base of a tab. The SHINEHOME version appears a bit smaller, and the inner piece doesn't dependably lock onto the key cylinder, which I suspect causes it to fail much faster. I suspect a similar part offered by other vendors may suffer the same problem.Still, if you're VERY careful to PUSH THE KNOB IN BEFORE TURNING IT the inner piece may last about 6 months. Mazda lists the price of the inner piece alone (BASE - KNOB - D6Y176142) as $7.59 but they'll charge up to $25 (!!) to ship it, and even if you pick it up at a dealer you'll still pay $15-20. So, you might want to consider buying 2 or 3 of the knockoffs and replacing one when it fails. As for me, I'll try invoking SHINEHOME's 1-Year Warranty for a replacement. And, another vendor offers the same knob with a different inner piece design which I might check out.
