Purchased for my Dad....
Have purchased this many times, nice naturally sourced multivitamin. No odor, no aftertaste, no stomach discomfort, pills are easy to swallow, etc. All the bases covered here and nothing synthetic. Solid company and a solid supplement specifically for 50+ Men. I buy the 50+ Women one for my Ma as well and they both have been taking it for years now with no problems.

Digests completely vs compressed vitamin tablets
On recommdation from my doctor i switched to the gel-caps versus the common hard pressed, compacted vitamin which doesn't normally digest more than 10%. These are 100% dissolved and I can actually tell the difference. Easy to take. No fillers. All vitamins.

side effects
I ordered the multivitamin for men over 50. Product seemed to be good quality. After taking the vitamins as recommended on the package, I noticed I was beginning to feel to wound up and shaky as a side effect. It felt like I drank 6 cups of coffee. The more I took it the worse the side effect became. It also affected my sleep causing me to wake up more. I have a strong response to ginseng. I can’t use it in any form. Although this particular version of the vitamin does not list ginseng my reaction says it is there even if not listed, which would be bad. Makes me wonder if the version of these vitamins with ginseng was mislabeled. I tried calling the phone number on the package. I listened to a recording that basically said, leave a message or send an email, goodbye, and hung up. Their system must of captured my phone number as I received a call about 10 minutes later from customer support. The representative was very helpful.

Fruit and vegetables in a pill
We saw a commercial for these and my husband said are we taking those..no...ok I want us to. As of then we have been. So far so good. The delivery was not the best but the product is great.Haven't noticed any smell bad taste or stomach upset. Pill is easy to swallow not to big.Would buy again.

Doent effect my sleep like most other vitamins I've tried
Doesn't make me irritable like other vitamins do, it must be they traded some of the synthetic vitamins for real ones. Whatever it is l like them
