Not good quality
The plastic snapped almost immediately when I tightened this onto my bike.

It works more easily than other reviewers have said...
The media could not be loaded. It's not the strongest thing out the but the price is right and it does work well. Other reviewers have said that the handle bar mounting strap does not come out all the way so that it can be placed directly on the handlebar, but it does. See my review video.

Trick to mount it.
Here's the trick to mount it on a handlebar: The strap that attaches it to a handlebar won't open up all the way because the end of the strap isn't threaded. You would have to remove everything from one side of the handlebar to slip it on. The trick is to cut off the end of the strap. Then the strap comes all the way out. You can't return it, but it's so cheap it's not worth returning. The knob is hard to turn. You may need pliers. Also, to turn the flashlight holder, put a flashlight in the holder first so you have enough leverage to turn it. I started using it, and it seems OK, but it doesn't seem to be very robust, so I'm worried it might break.

Cheaply made!

Broke after only 40 miles of night riding on pavement.
This flashlight mount is very cheaply made. I'd strongly recommend spending a few extra bucks to get one that will last. Any little bump can make the two parts slide apart. My flashlight took a hard hit for sure. This holder shattered when it hit the ground. Lasted less than 40 miles of night riding. The rest of the ride was a challenge holding the light myself.
