Plackers 3-pack Hygienic Dental Night Protector, for People Who Grind Their Teeth

These would definitely be my go to grind guard if they weren't so small. They're a nice, soft, comfortable rubber that is the best I've found. Yet it's still pretty durable as I've been using the same one for a couple of weeks now. And they're cheap. But like a lot of other reviewers have stated it's just too small. I run similar style guards in the large position, while these stop about halfway to my farthest back molars. If I could find them in a medium or large size it would make my night for sure.Why can't anybody make a grind guard that doesn't have to have some compromising flaw?

I finally received mine in the mail 9 days later. This product really helped me in the evenings & at night because I start to grind my teeth without knowing I do! Woke up this morning and my jaw was sore from biting on the grinder guard but my teeth feel a lot better. I recommend this product because it did what it was meant to do, protect your teeth while you grind your teeth at night. It stayed in place for me thru out the night, forgot I was wearing it thru out the night. It fits comfortable, stays in place, no cutting or making adjustments.

I use these every single night because I am a big, big teeth grinder. I have damaged my teeth through the years because of this. I got a mouth guard many years ago from my dentist (about 15 years ago), but I had bad dreams about choking because it was so bulky and weird. I tried a few different products off of Amazon, but they were also bulky and didn't fit well at all. I found one of these in the dollar store and LOVED it! It is enough cushion to protect my teeth, it is so small that I don't even know I have it in. I was never able to find that at the dollar store again so I buy them on Amazon and they last a while. I don't use a new one every night. I use it, clean it, and repeat until I feel it's had enough and needs replacing.

My first time buying one of these and so far its definitely helping I havent woken up in extreme pain from clenching down. It's not too big just back bite pads . I wear it on the top but its for either. Says disposable one time but im reusing it, just wash it off

I bought this for TMJ at the recommendation of my chiropractor, whom raves about them. I could see these being okay during waking hours if you don't have talking to do. With that said, seeing how pliable these are, I won't be falling asleep with one in, as I am terrified I might choke on one while unconscious. I wish I had known this prior to purchasing them, as the primary reason I bought them was to wear at night. I am surprised these exist. They seem like an accident waiting to happen.

This is a product that is a lot better than new version, I don't understand why the company is not making them any more

I use to order these and got exactly what was pictured, the one with two holes on each tab. The last two orders were not what were pictured and the new ones are bigger and terribly uncomfortable. I have questioned the seller and received no response. I have had to send them back twice.

I have TMJ and have issues with bad head aces and jaw stiffness. I oftin find myself sitting at my desk clenching my jaw for no reason at all.
