wow wow wow. I suffer from terrible IBS symptoms and after one use, can truly say this saved my week. Was not at all painful/cramping, took 2 after dinner and woke up and was able to have regular movements after being constipated for 7 days. No adverse side effects, just make sure you stay hydrated while using! Amazing product and will buy again.

It works! Take with your dinner is a must or you will have a bad taste. I go twice a day now. Easy to take, just 1 pill a day. Easy to swallow and good pricing.

I have always had bathroom issues and for the last 6 years or so I have been taking culturelle and have pretty regular. Recently I have not been able to “go” without drinking a smooth move type tea every night. I tried this intestinal formula and the first night took 1 with no results. 2nd night took 2 and yup that got things working! Took 2 the 3rd night and what I was surprised about is I went on my own for 2 additional days without taking anymore. I did not have excessive cramping or feel like I had to sprint to the bathroom lol it was all subtle but VERY effective. I feel so much better with more energy. Like other reviews mention the capsules do have a spicy taste but you’re swallowing them so not a big deal. Definitely recommend!

Works better than anything I bought in the stores. A bit pricey but worth it to finally fing something that works.

I’ve been using this product for over 20 years and it continues to be a superior laxative. Over the years I have tried all different kinds of laxatives & this by far is the most effective & works well with my body. Of course, the habernero pepper can be a bit much if your stomach is sensitive. I just make sure I take it right after I have eaten & especially, do not lie down right after taking it lest you experience acid reflux.

This is totally worth the value for the money. It has high quality for its value and it really helps me a ton! I have been using this product for the last 3 years and it really helps me function. I use two in the evening with my dinner. They do have a little bit of a spice taste in them if you leave them in your mouth too long but they are a regular size capsule that is very easy to swallow. I find using them with a quality male psyllium capsule like pure, amity, or zero really enhances the function, comfort and benefits of Dr Schulz’s intestinal formula #1. These have made the quality of my life so much better for me. It helps me have good energy since I don’t have to feel sluggish in the morning anymore because it gets things moving and I’m off to my day. I like calling them “the spice,” pill in front of friends and family and I make sure I never run out and keep these in stock. I don’t travel without them. I keep them on my person for outings because otherwise I just don’t feel well. They keep me happy and healthy for my every day life.

If you want something that works overnight, this will do the trick! AfterTaste is terrible. I recommend taking with juice or eating a piece of cheese with it I’ve been using this for years.
