I have had a large milia on my upper eyelid area (just below the brow) for several weeks that was driving me crazy. I tried repeatedly using a small sharp needle to extract it. It did not work and left me bruised after each attempt. Finally I saw a recommendation for lancets to extract milia. I bought these despite not feeling very confident in their ability to do what my needle failed to do. However, I am shocked. With very little effort and ZERO pain, I was able to nick the skin and remove the milia in seconds. Seconds. I've been looking at this thing wanting it gone for weeks. I had another small, barely noticeable milia that I also tried this on, and it was even easier to remove. I'm not sure how sterile these lancets are given the packaging, but I used a little rubbing alcohol to clean my skin and the lancet. They are very sharp and really do pierce the skin with no pain, and I am a wimp. Best $7 purchase ever!
