Wonderful design. Beats a walker beats a chair!
We haven’t used this much, but if you want a little foldable wheelchair, this seems perfect. My girlfriend has seizures, so having self controlled wheels isn’t really helpful. She loves how it feels on her back and her feet and will use it as a chair at the dog park. If she has a seizure, I can just scoot her away without having to carry her. Very nice design. I can throw it in my car. Purchased used like new and it appeared new to me. Still had plastic covers and stuff. The other model, the nitro sprint, is a little awkward. You have to remove the back rest to sit on it and be pushed. If you can’t quite afford this one, try the open box models.

We now own two!
My wife has a variant of Parkinson's, and had tried other walkers. This one works so well we now own two, one for the house, and one we keep in the back of the car so it is always with us when we go out. The fact that it folds to just 8 inches thick or so makes it easy to transport. The build quality is excellent, brakes work well, it is a great example of good engineering, as it is both sturdy and lightweight. This item is perfect for those with conditions that allow them to walk but who tire quickly, as this allows for a rapid conversion from walker to pushable wheelchair.

Poor design and unsafe
DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!I echo the comments above that stress the very poor design of the front wheel "suspension" system and the cheap plastic wheels themselves. THIS IS AN UNSAFE PRODUCT!! The wheels "jack knife" and rotate perpendicular to the direction of travel when encountering a rise of more than a 1/4 inch. The rollator stops dead and almost ejects the passenger. The "spokes" on the wheels are cheap plastic and bend very easily. It works well on dead flat surfaces but who exclusively transports on flat surfaces?

Useful and lightweight
We love the original DRIVE folding walker but it was always difficult if my wife needed to sit while I pushed her. She would be facing me which was great for conversation but not ideal for travelling. When we saw one of these while on a Cruise, we immediately ordered it when returning to land. It is much lighter than a standard wheelchair and works great as a folding walker. (Only comes in RED though.) When walking through a small store, the way it folds and still works as a walker is wonderful. But when she needs to sit and be pushed, the conversion to wheelchair with foot supports is very quick and easy. It also travels well on airplanes as 'checked luggage'. The only downside to be aware of is that unlike a normal wheelchair, she can't propel herself. (That's what you give up without the heavy big wheels). This is a great device and if you are looking at just 'walkers', definitely give this a second look.

Not our favorite - seat back position isn't well thought out
The best rollator/transport chair combo in my opinion is the Amylior Stella. It comes in different sizes which was wonderful for my mom who is very petite (we got the 18" seat height). The handle height can go down to 29.5" and up to 34.5". It is very smooth to roll, both as a rollator and transport chair. My mom likes that the foot rests come completely off when she doesn't need them. The back rest is comfortable and well placed and it's nice that the cords are enclosed. It is easy to fold and locks in a closed position. The Drive Duet had the cords enclosed as well. The foot rests fold up, but don't remove, so it can never look like just a rollator. The main issue was that the backrest was in the correct position for one of the uses, but not the other. The pivot point was not centered over the seat. The seat height is 20.5" and the handle height only goes down to 33" (and up to 37")We also tried the Nova Gemini. The cords are out on this one and it doesn't lock into a closed position. The footrests are removable. The seat is 21.75" and the handle height starts at 31.5" and goes to 38". This one didn't feel as smooth to roll. It also had an issue with the backrest where in one position it sat at an angle and sort of dug into your back.
