It is a beautiful lamp but the instruction was the worst and it was so difficult to assemble. It took 2 hours to assemble and when we finally did it, we found out that we were supposed to put the lamp cover first, which should have been instructed. I recommend to call the customer service first before staring assembly by yourself. Oh, packaging was super hard to open, too. But, after all, it is beautiful and good quality same as the original one.

I love the lamp, but the arm buckled (literally - I'm a structural engineer) and I need replacement parts. Where can I get them?
