Does this have a locking handle?

I do not see the pocket locket locking hasp like the 315 model. like in the description.

There is no lock on these stripper. Not a very high quality pair of strippers. I'm a master electrician and I don't use them on the job. Basement tool box strippers.

your add says 24-32 but your picture shows strippers that only go down to 18???

The stripper I received will strip 24-32 stranded wire and 22-30 solid. The stripper in the picture does show 18 AWG but I'm guessing that it was just used to represent the style of the tool. If the spec says 24-32, you can probably be confident that that is what you will receive.
