MSI Micro ATX DDR3 1600 LGA 1150 Motherboard, B85M-E33

This motherboard was a mistaken order. If I was building a PC around this type of motherboard, it would be nice. My plans are for a PC with expandable and scale-able options. It was packaged very well, but returned due to a mistake.

My previous review was 1 star because I got a defective board. Quickly got a replacement. Everything has been working great since.

Got the motherboard thought it was great at first, but quickly encountered many problems. Firstly the jumper does not work so I had the jumpter bypassed. Second the 6 back usb ports dont work at all nothing registers. Third the computer wont output a signal without reseting the board to default values everytime. 0/5 would not get again.P.S. sent it to msi to have them fix said issues and when i got it back none of said issues had been fixed fail MSI

I have built my own computers for quite some time. This one, however, presented new challenges. In this one, I go from IDE to SATA and from a normal very large tower to a miniature one. I wanted the smallest tower possible so I could keep it on my desk and not have to stand on my head to turn on a larger one under the desk. Naturally, since my tower is rather small, it requires smaller parts. Like the motherboard. When I received this rather tiny motherboard I thought, right ... I'm supposed to install this? Well, it took about ten minutes. Never mind my heebie jeebies. Its a sweet little motherboard made for the smaller towers, but don't let the size fool you. Nor the sweetness. This is one powerful motherboard!
