I bought this scale to replace an old scale which only displayed my weight. I wanted to be able to track my body fat percentage, muscle mass, etc. and this scale perfectly delivers. Is it 100% accurate? Of course, not. Nothing will be as accurate as getting an actual body scan. However, this is good enough if you go in knowing that there is a margin of error for your stats.Weight wise, the scale is accurate. On various occasions I've weighed myself on this scale and my old one and they are usually only off of one another by .2 of a pound, which is no big deal to me. Sometimes this scale will be the one showing me at a higher weight than my old one, and sometimes my old one will be showing me at a higher weight than this one... but it's only by .2 of a difference so it doesn't matter.The app is easy to use and pair up to the scale. I've had 3 family members try it out and it works well for them too. However, if you have someone with big feet in your family then you're better off buying the bigger sized version versus this one. My brother and my dad both wear 9 to 9 1/2 sized shoes. This scale has no problem displaying my dad's stats. When it comes to my brother though, it only displays some of the stats but he does not get a reading for muscle mass and a few other things... so that's a good thing to keep in mind.

I had a Fitbit Aria a few years ago that stopped working after a year. For how expensive it was, that was pretty disappointing. Sad that a Walmart scale was more reliable. A friend was using this and posting screen shots on his IG so I bought this on his recommendation. The price is certainly right so I figured I had nothing to lose.I like that this is bluetooth instead of wifi connection. It has never failed to connect. It has a basic interface that is easy to use. It is easy to see trends on the graph where you can adjust the time period from a week to a month to a year. Is it the most accurate? It definitely has limitations. This will not replace a water displacement test or a bodpod measurement for body fat. However, it is a tool for tracking trends. If you don't get hung up on the hard numbers being super precise and use it for trending, it is great for that. Consistent measurements on the same scale is going to do more for you than measuring on different scales. I work out 4-5 days a week at least. I lift weights and run.The actual weight measurement I find to be consistent with what I weigh in the doctor's office and on other balance scales.There are different settings for the average person and for "athlete". Honestly for most of us the regular setting is fine. It changes the formula used to calculate BF% because a super lean athlete is an outlier and doesn't fit the linear model that most of us fall on. I know some people will use the athlete mode because it says the BF% is lower, but do you want a super inaccurate number? Doesn't change what you "are" and you are more than a dumb number on a scale anyway. So use it for what it is - a tool to trend - and you won't be disappointed.

This lasted me from 2019 till 2024 when one of my kids dropped a bottle on it and the glass platform busted into pieces. This is a much better version then the current one that I got in 2024 which has decided to stop pairing with my wifi and has completely deleted my profile 3 times.

I am on Zepbound and saw a video of a fellow Zepbounder (ha!) telling the tools that contribute to her success. The very first one was this scale. I saw that and decided to check it out and then decided to buy it. It came on the overnight delivery (love it!) and I was able to use it first thing in the morning. It looks sleek and sexy. It includes the batteries! I put them on and opened the app, followed all the prompts and then set up the scale which if you follow instructions it's easy. Then I weight myself and got the great news that I'm down to 200.0 which means I lost 15lbs in three weeks. 1 pound away from Wonderland (the one hundreds)! I'm very happy with all of the info like my fat percent, metabolic age, water composition, BMI, etc. It also synch with Apple Health and My Fitness Pal. Highly recommended.

I will be honest, I'm a big person. I weigh over 350 lbs. A few years ago, I decided to change some major lifestyle habits in order to be healthier, and in my search for newfound healthy habits, I decided to get a higher capacity scale so that I could track my weight progress without seeing an error message. The other scale I used was functional, but it was also lacking, and the giant plate to step on always seemed like a reminder that "you are using a scale specifically made for overweight people". I actually saw this scale on one of those "15 things to make your life healthier" listicles out there somewhere, and when I saw all of the data that could come from it I was enthralled and bought it immediately. Having the extra information like resting metabolism, bone density, and being able to track all of this on an app was super convenient and again, useless but fun for a numbers person like me. I can't attribute this scale to helping me lose weight, but it has been a helpful tool in tracking my progress. The one drawback I have is that sometimes the Bluetooth can be finicky with connecting, but the scale itself is consistent and works extremely well. App-based tech and Bluetooth can be funky sometimes.

I bought this scale to help track my weight, and because my friend had been using the same model for a while, with no issues.It was easy to setup. You basically just put the batteries in, which are included. You can download the app by scanning a QR code, but as far as just your weight, you can just step on and clearly see it.With the app, which I downloaded for tracking purposes, it gives you all kinds of other feed back. I have no idea if it's accurate as far as the other metrics and I don't really care about them anyway. I'm suspicious of how accurate they are. It'll try to tell you the weight of your bones, body fat, and any number of other metrics. I'm really just interested in weight.I'll say it's accurate. I'd really like to use it, then go straight to the doctors office and use their scale, but with Covid, I haven't had a normal visit. What I can say, is that it seemed to be pretty dead on with the freight scale I was using at work, and that scale is calibrated regularly. I did the test with using it, then going to the doctors with the same stuff in my pockets, and it was within 2lbs of their measurement. So I'd say it's fairly accurate, without further testing. Also, it doesn't really matter as long as it's consistent. It doesn't matter if it's 5lbs high, as long as it's always 5lbs high. Then you'll be able to track your loss or gain.I'd recommend it. It seems legit.

This is a nice scale that actually paired easily with my phone and has worked every time I've used it! Just open the app on your phone, step on the scale, and you’ll get a notification sound when the data has synced. It has a sleek design and easily fits under a bed or in a bathroom cabinet. It's the perfect size. I bought this as a replacement for a scale I lost in a move and feel the price was a bargain. I also like that it takes 3 AAA batteries and not the small coin batteries - as I rarely have those handy. Solid, no slip rubber on the underside keep this scale secure when you step on it. The numbers on the scale are easy to read, and the app has an impressive amount of information! The app makes it easy to track your stats and hold yourself accountable. All in all, I'm very happy with this purchase.

Very accurate...easy to use

Works really well with the app. However, this product and I have regular disagreements because I enjoy eating, and it doesn’t lie about the results each time I hop on.I appreciate how it keeps track of your progress and allows you to look back at previous stats.
