Part is what I needed and appears to be well built with solid, robust materials.

Easy to install generator inlet, one of the few 20 Amp generator inlets available. Better yet, this uses a standard housing, so if I need to upgrade to a 30 amp service I can just buy another box from the same company and only change out the inlet, not the whole box.This worked perfectly during my load test with my emergency backup generator. Just make sure that the plug design is correct for your generator (this company makes both L14-20 and L14-30, among others).

Works great for a generator hookup. Put one of these on the hunting cabin to feed 220v into a small branch panel for lights and a/c. Mounted directly to the outside wall and ran wire through the knockout on the back face. My 4 prong twist lock cable connector fit perfectly and locked into the socket.

I used less units to create a connection from my generator back into the basement to provide power to key resources such as my water pump. The units are well made and easy to install.

Item worked well with conduit. Solid connections inside. Don't leave too much wire in the box as it has to push into the box to close.

Exactly what I needed to complete my project.
