I use this make/ style every year for over seeding. Its a little bit expensive this year. But what can you do?

I've put the seeds down I didn't reak it as the grass was very muddy and very wet I put the seeds down first week of March which has been 3 weeks still waiting but I think it's a bit early. Last summer it grow with in a week so I need to do again but used up the seeds and need more
