I have 2 Sears 3 ton jack stands, the heads measure 3 1/2 inches long and 1 1//4 width will these fit my jack stands?

I have a set of Craftsman 4 ton jacks and they do not fit those. The 4-ton jack top has wider dimensions than the 3 ton jacks, too wide for the adapters.
