It tastes great, and the dropper makes it very easy to take it every day! One bottle will last me right at a month, so you get a good value for the price. It’s very effective. I can definitely tell if I ever forget to take it.

I have no clue if I get deficient in vitamin B-12 but my husband, post some surgeries, was told that he was B-12 deficient and the doctor told him to get it in sublingual tablets. Since I've taken B-12 sublingual before myself, after research on what was best, I found very little difference in my life. But I did the research again and this product, in what appeared to be independent reviews, seemed to catch high marks from all directions, and liquid form, I guessed would be as good if not better than anything. So, I ordered it. Well now! I tried taking this along with my husband and I warned him that taking anything like this would NOT be a quick fix and told him that depending on how his body responded it could be weeks to months before any significant changes might take place. But, after telling him that-I noticed a difference within hours when I took my first dropperful! I honestly thought that first time that it was a fluke but now I really believe it's this stuff that really gives me an energy boost, while I'm still staying relatively calm and none of that "antsy" stuff that comes with some energy boosts. Maybe it's just more of a, "hey, I really feel good!" thing. "I realize that I've not taken this long enough to get any true internal and/or genuine results, unless you count "genuine" as having more energy and a general overall "feel better" attitude, but that's what I have to say has happened to me! As far as mental clarity and all that, it is definitely too soon in this process to say much, at least for me - it's only been just less than a month but in the time I've taken it I am 100% sold on this product and I doubt I'll be looking for any b-12 supplement to one-better this, because I don't think there's one out there! I really feel better, and I have much more energy than before. I seem to get by on less sleep than before, which may mean something good, since I wake ready to face the world early in the mornings, my body feeling fabulous, but hey my spirit still likes to be a lazy sleep-in bear. But whoa, some really nice sunrises out there these days! My husband, who's been taking it but not regularly as he should, says that "maybe" he might be feeling some better, but again, it's not been that long and I think that each of us experiencing it differently just shows that each person will react differently to how their body adjusts to vitamin supplements. Maybe because he is more deficient than I am it may take longer, or....who knows? But I believe that fast or slow acting, this is a good quality and superior product. I'm ordering more. Now, I will say this, I take mine in the morning and I will continue to take in the mornings because, while it doesn't keep me awake, I really think morning is better since I do tend to get a slow wave of energy an hour or so after taking and that's not really what I want before bedtime. Thumbs up!

Great taste, easy to hold under the tongue. I'll continue to use this, but the dropper is almost completely unfunctional. The numbers on the dropper are impossible to read, and the dropper doesn't fill past a little bit, making it very difficult to determine the correct serving size. UPDATE: When I reordered, the dropper is working more properly now, and I can read the numbers. I don't know if this fix is permanent, but I am hoping so!

I'm impressed. It's a clean natural product, and I actually notice a difference. I only started using it because my B12 was a little low. I chose this particular product for it's 'clean'ness and am dang happy I found it. I actually notice a difference in my energy level, within just a couple weeks. And surprisingly, I sleep better. I was not expecting that effect. I take it right before bed. I have even noticed a positive difference in my mood. Wow. It also has a good flavor. It's citrus extract, so it just tastes like putting fruit juice under your tongue, with no added flavors. I do take it with a sublingual CBD, so maybe that's part it, but I would definitely recommend this. Especially if you know your B12 is low.

I wish I would tell you HOW LONG to leave it under your tongue. I put it under my tongue, but then I brushed my teeth and everything red came out.
