I suppose this does give you a little lift just don't use more than the directions state; I made the mistake of using too much & I had the pins & needles feeling you get when numbness wears off, except I had it all over my body for at least 15minutes.Kinda creepy I must say!Better yet, know why you're using it & what it's actually good for; I didn't know enough about this product before using it.Be smarter than me-please use as instructed.

What a "RIP-OFF" ..I just received this on a Amazon order with other things....Note the package is very small. Deceptively Guardian wholesale only post the size in grams you have to look for the oz. size. The product is okay at best but you have much better values for BCAA on the market. One being Muscle Pharm Amino hydration and recovery. You get over 7x the product for just 3x the cost. MP is a much better buy and much better BCAA for recovery and energizer. Disclosure I have no connection to MP.

Don't like that it comes with fillers same as pills.

I've been adding 1 to 2 grams with my current pre workouts. The focus with the extra alanine is amazing!! I will order this again and again!!

i should of bought a bigger bag. I take half a regular size spoon before working out. good rush

Very beta alanine... lots of nearly instant tingles when you take it. Take is in small doses and be prepared. :)
