Does not attract dirt
I'm not at all new to caulking but with this Hengs product I was. The first time I'd seen it in action was on the roof of my soon to be next RV, a Bigfoot 25., with a fiberglass roof. Whenever I buy a new (to me) RV I always expect to strip the old caulk and redo things to my standards. The two or three year old Hengs on the roof of this rig looked like a disaster. I'd never seen caulk applied in the manner it was applied and assumed it was some armatures attempt at caulking that didn't come out well. My post purchase education made me understand what I was looking at wasn't a disaster after-all, just a way of caulking I wasn't familiar with. I decided to defer to the better knowledge of the builder and redo things his way. Although the directions were to clean the old Hengs and then apply a new coat over the old, I stripped it all. It wasn't my intention but as I started cutting away some peeling sections it was coming off much easier than I had imagined it would. So I stripped and cleaned and taped as the builder had, a two inch, give or take, border around anything being caulked. I applied the Hengs with a disposable brush which it turns out is much easier to control than self leveling caulk coming out of a tube. I quickly removed the tape as suggested, and tossed into a box, also as suggested. I am very pleased with the results. And the best part of Hengs, for me, bar none, is that it doesn't attract dirt and trash. Not when it's freshly applied and not in the few weeks it's been on now. I've used both Dicor and Sikaflex, which I'm partial too, before the Hengs, and the both attract trash when fresh, and for the rest of the time they are on. I personally found it distressing as it looks nasty. My Hengs job has remained nice and clean since day one. I'm a believer.

Heng's is a Decent Product. Unfortunately, Amazon Uses Subpar Packaging When Shipping.
We've ordered Heng's Alkyd Fibered Roof Coating from Amazon twice during the last 12 months. Both times Amazon stuffed the Heng's quart container inside a thin, bubble-wrapped envelope that offers zero protection for a heavier 2-3 lb. item like the Heng's. Each time the top of the Heng's quart container popped off during shipment spilling the contents inside the envelope. As for the product itself, the manufacturer of our fiberglass truck camper used Heng's Alkyd Fibered Roof Coating to seal around several roof vents. Although I don't think it's nearly as effective as Dicor, it does seal the vent surrounds on our camper reasonably well for 12-18 months. After that it requires some scraping and reapplication.

Excellent
I have a molded fiberglass travel trailer (Big Foot). OEM uses this product and I use it to reseal. Does great. Ordered a quart, then a year later another quart. Both were well packaged and the top did not come off in transit. First Clean old sealant and surrounding area with powdered Tide; DO NOT use liquid Tide, the sealant will not stick as well. This is thick and I use cheap paint brushes to apply around RV vents, sky lights other fittings. Be sure not to apply it too thick, about 1/8" is best. If too thick it will not cure. Cleans up with mineral spirits. Remains relatively soft. I use blue painters tape to outline around each area then use a cheap paint brush to apply. Pull up the blue tape asap, if you wait too long it may pull up the sealant with it. Dicor is also very good but attracts dirt, this does not although it does get dirty over time.
