I don't wear my watch to bed, so after just a couple of days of use, it looks like it starting to pull away & then they generally fall off. It drives me crazy to have the watch band flopping around, which is why I bought this new watch band I in the first place.I'll update this review later either way & let you know if it stands the test of time.
