The product comes with additional core sliders, and a very detailed brochure of all the different workouts you can do with it. Very durable and well made, the tension of the band is very well thought of so you really feel like you're putting your workout in. Highly recommend it while staying safe at home.The equipment arrived quickly, the band is very easy to use and you have different size options. If I had to nitpick I would say the packaging can be more appealing. The pads are easy to use and cute. It was nice to get exercises menu, overall affordable, useful and pretty.

As parents of a young baby, we love that we can use these to get in a great workout at home with a sleeping baby. Plus they are small and light so easy to bring along with you if you are big travelers like us and want to squeeze in a workout while you are away. I’ve used other sliders and bands before and even band purchased from my physical therapist were not nearly as durable or high quality. I highly recommend these!

I am so happy with this purchase!!! This band is extremely soft and comfortable while offering just the right amount of resistance for my workouts. Right away, I could tell that it's made of high-quality material and that it's very durable. I also love the fact that it's adjustable and lightweight. This band arrived beautifully packaged with bonus core sliders and the perfect mesh bag! The bag wraps everything up nicely so I can just toss it in my workout bag. I am in love with this resistance band. Once I opened the box, I could immediately tell it was high quality material, which is a huge plus considering how affordable it is. I like that the sliders came as a bonus, it’s a nice addition. I recently started a new work out routine that was immensely intensified after using the band and sliders. These resistance bands aren’t painful like others can be, they stay in place, and are already more durable than some I’ve used in the past. TZ sport did an amazing job with this one!

I bought this for my girlfriend and she's been using it almost everyday. For toning and body weight exercise this is a 10/10 product and great for whenever her and I miss the gym.The best part about this band is that it's more resistant than most bands and they dont move out of place. No rolling, no tedious adjusting, just a smooth and consistent workout. She has thrown out previous bands but this will be the last band she will ever need. It's lso cheaper than most bands so i'm thrilled that I didn't pay $10 extra dollars for somthing that only lasts two months. Would recommend!

This product is great. I’ve been using the peloton bike and these really help me stretch out afterwards and are a great workout helping me to loose more weight with my changes in diet.
