Trial Advocacy: Planning, Analysis, and Strategy, Fourth Edition (Aspen Coursebook)

Good book for Trial Ad class, but it felt like a lot of examples were in the criminal world. Our semester’s trial tackled the civil case. More even emphasis on civil and criminal would have been nice. Overall, good book.

Great condition, I just feel like this book is a lot of fluff. It's not even really the kind of reading you can be tested over.
