Easy enough to use, but sometimes difficult to lock in to specific point. Yardages seem accurate as long as you get it locked on to the spot you want.

It is nice when you find a product that performs, at a super price. I am certain the fancy name brand rangefinders must have optics and laser technology suitable for the space shuttle, but I don't play golf on the space shuttle. I want to know how far it is to the pin, full stop. This little dude does it accurately and easily. Plug and play, point and shoot. About as simple as you can get. I am baffled by the popularity of $400-500 versions of this same thing, especially for features you can't use in competitive play. This is a fine product... adding "for the money" is beside the point. Also nice looking and ergonomic. I very seldom take time to review products. I hate that vendors act as if they are entitled to another ten minutes of my time just bc I bought their product. I am making an exception to my rule on this one. All this assumes that it will be durable, but I don't really see why not. Seems pretty bullet proof to me.

I got this range finder in March of 2020. It worked OK until September 2021 when it suddenly stopped finding the range. It just displayed a lightening bolt icon to indicate it was seeking the distance but never displayed it. I changed the battery with the same result. I contacted the company in September and still have not gotten a resolution. They keep asking for a receipt but did not accept what I copied and pasted from the Amazon site. In addition, when it was working, it was hard to find the pin. I would push the button several times and get several different answers. I would always need to check with my golf watch to see what is reasonable.

Picked this up to help my golf game, as if anything actually could. It's winter, so I didn't get a chance to fully test it on the course, but did use it to range out a few trees in my yard. I tested it up against a really old model I've used for hunting and it was dead accurate! I also tried out the pin detection mode on a loan, small, tree in my yard and it did its job! In the box you'll get a case, wrist lanyard, cleaning cloth, battery, and instructions for operation. I'd recommend this range finder to anyone who wants good quality, but doesn't want to break the bank.

I have not had a chance to use this fully on the course yet, but from my initial testing, it appears to be a solid rangefinder. The construction is good, of which I am glad, as I am brutal on my gear. My son tends to drop anything electronic, so this should hold up well with him. I did not spot testing so far, and the range appears to be spot-on. I also ran it against my son's other name brand rangefinder, and the results are in-line. This should be good for years to come, so I am glad I purchased it. I would recommend this rangefinder.

I was skeptical at first because it wasn't a well known brand, but don't let that scare you. I use this for golf and have used it a few times now and it works great. I don't know that I've ever come across one that has an eye glass you can move to zoom in and out. I like the pinsensor function of the range finder. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who doesn't want to pay $300+ for the big name brand range finders!
