AirDog (A4SPBD005) Fuel Air Separation System

I installed it after a couple hours and 20 beers and you can feel the difference in the seat. The mileage is up after weeks of running it and performance is great. Its not for the weak of heart to install. Got to pull bed or tank(which I did) and make all the connections. Great product at a great price!!!!!!

The Airdog looks great and feels solid. However, after installing, I found they sent me the wrong year, 2005.The unit should be the same but the harness doesn't match my 2001 model.All I need is the correct harness and it will be 5 stars. Let's see.Called AD people and they said new part on the way. It came as promised by friday. Installed and it works.I have my truck working again.

So the pump itself works great, I have 50hp injectors smarty touch on 9 with max timing, valair clutch etc...The pump keeps up just fine the only issue is its loud. It wouldn't be so bad if the wiring harness was long enough to mount it way in the back, however it's just long enough to get behind the back seat.Long story short turn the radio up and drive with confidence.

Great filtration set up. Inlet fitting to the high pressure pump is almost 3 times the size of the original oem fittings. Huge difference in throttle response for the 6.7 Cummins

Great product. I heard all the horror stories regarding the stock lift pump failing so I picked one of these up. (The stock pump was barely larger than a windshield washer pump). I have piece of mind knowing that I have a heavy duty unit. The only down side is the filters hang down below the frame.

Open 📦 always missing parts. It’s cheaper and less of a headache to just buy new especially something important as a fuel pump.

Install was simple follow the instructions. I bought a sump to make it easy, so I did not have to drop the tank. And put the return line at the fuel feel neck.

First off this is not the 4g pump. You can tell by the price but they never specify in the description. Second off my wiring harness adapter plug that goes from the factory harness to the new pump was wired incorrectly. Huge pain in the butt trying to trouble shoot. I had to drain and drop the tank a second time just to find out. I have been trying to get a hold of airdog but to no avail. I really like the pump and have no issues with the seller or shipping. Just wish airdog had better quality control and customer service. The photo i added shows factory top plug with power on the left and new harness power wire on the right. This is obviously not going to work

Pump was loud at first, had to reseal the dip tube nipple which made it much quieter. Very happy with it now.
