Chair does not go low enough for average height men.
My stylist is tall and she is finding it very difficult to use this chair for her barbering. Average price men sit way too high when getting their hair cut. Very disappointed in this product that we were so excited to get.

VERY DISAPPOINTED
This chair is WAY To tall for a normal sized person! After the customer is at the lowest level you will still be working with your arms at a uncomfortable level. I am 6ft and have a lot of trouble I can't imagine what a shorter person will go through! I hope this review will help somebody before they have to go through what I am. I am sending them back this week.
