Very good penetration and softening of leather.
Much loved and very worn pair of old leather work-pants came out the cupboard looking like cardboard, cracking etc. - basically unwearable... Applied this stuff liberally (very liberally!) and left to penetrate for several days. The difference is like night-and-day - the leather went from 'cracking cardboard' to *super*soft* and supple, but still retained it strength.
