BioLiteHeadLamp 330 Lumen No-Bounce Rechargeable Head Light

This headlamp is really bright, and the USB charge lasts for long time. I purchased my first one of these about 5 years ago, and since then have bought about 3 more for family members and my friends. Since it's chargeable it's much lighter on the head, and had the two way fit on your head - great. Only one thing - be very careful not to turn it on while it's pointed at your face -- you will see spots for minutes if you do.

I bought this for a GoRuck event and am super thankful I did. Having used various other branded headlamps, this was significantly more comfortable and easier to wear. Unlike most other styles you don't have a huge battery pack to weight it down, nor do you have the bulky light assembly that bounces up and down and doesn't stay angled right.This has a really nice low profile design and a comfortable strap. This even stayed put during burpees!There are multiple light options, however it did take me a few tries to get used to selecting the one I wanted and keeping it as my default. Super easy now. It looks too small to be adjustable but you get a surprising range of travel up and down with the light angle. Plenty bright enough to stay lit for an overnight ruck event and see where I was going the whole time.One issue I found was with the power button: I had also used this on a backpacking trip and at some point while it was in my bag, something hit the button and it turned on and stayed on, which of course drained the battery. Thankfully I brought a backup battery pack and the headlamp charged back up relatively quickly. Would like to see a slide switch instead of a pressable button...but otherwise, lots of pros and only one minor con to this light.Highly recommended!

Very comfortable and lightweight, and does not bounce while running. Band is easy to adjust on the move as well without taking it off. Brightness and range as advertised, has been perfect for running on dark streets. I haven’t used it for trail running yet. Battery life is acceptable, I typically get about three to four hours of use before it needs to be charged. The battery indicator is a nice feature. It’s helpful to have an idea of how much is left before I start.

So far, this is perfect for my needs - with one exception: the switch doesn't work to shift between modes. I bought it for knitting at night, when I need a lot of light focused on my lace stitches. The light intensity is great; the angle of the light works just right. I notice that the beam is even strong enough to use to walk in the dark. And it's comfortable and lightweight. The battery definitely runs down after a couple of hours - not ideal, but enough for me. I'm keeping it plugged into the USB charger when not in use. Now the caveat: There are two white modes and maybe a red strobe mode, not sure what else. Because when I press the switch to change modes, mostly it just turns on to one white light and then off. occasionally and randomly the second white light turns on, sometimes WITH the other white light that was already on, and sometimes without it. Once I've seen the strobe mode. Since I don't NEED all the modes, I am okay with the light. But sometimes I want a more focused beam, or more lumens, and I have to keep pressing the switch until eventually something right happens.

it can 'basically' illuminate your campsite. its not 10000 lumens, which is good; if it were everyone around you would get annoyedonce you learn the 'clicky' process of switching between settings its pretty easy to usegreat for the late night 'bathroom' breaks where you need your hands free...comfortable enough were I forgot I was wearing it. Until I laid down and noticed the rear battery I was laying on

Great headlamp! Bright enough for night hiking, charges quick, and super comfy. I never had an issue with battery life: from standard night chores and hangin out in my tent to waking up before sunrise and hiking a couple hours in the dark, the battery was fine. (I did charge it daily with a portable charger)If you like to wear your headlamp around your neck when not in use like I do, you will find it’s a bit uncomfortable, it won’t hang right because of the weight balance, which in my opinion is an acceptable trade off for how comfortable it sits on your head. The amount of settings could be confusing to some but I really like the options. All in all a great product from a great company!

For such a reasonable price I wasn't sure on what the quality would be like, but the reviews swayed me and I was not disappointed. Suuuuuper bright with lots of light options, light weight, comfortable & easy to recharge. No more wasted batteries. Very happy with the purchase. Would buy again!

Bought this for use on snowy trails before the sun comes up - light is very bright and cuts through trees to for visuals on any hard to see wildlife. I am impressed with the battery life in the cold and easily sustains a 2 hour run from a full charge, with more room to go. Lightweight to wear and doesn't bounce around with movement - definitely recommend!

It's generally OK and pretty comfortable but there is one thing I don't like, I often want to use it to light things in front of me while running or doing something in the house and by design you can't direct it a bit down (without sticking your head there too much)
