I got delivered empty Amazon envelope with nothing inside...

I had so much trouble with my deliveries and it was a case of two going missing completely before I finally received my item . Suggest you complain vociferously and you will get a replacement.

What material is the packaging? and can I recycle it once it's finished?

There was no packaging for the actual bottle. Just the usual Amazon stuff which is recyclable

Could your pour multiple bottles of the mermaid fin polish together and have it still keep the blue/pink 2 tone look as it is in the bottle?

Sorry I don't know as I only have the one bottle but it does look nice when it is on your nails
