Warp Temp
This is still a recent purchase for me. I have used both sheet pans, the muffin pan, and the pie pan already. I used non-stick spray with the muffin pan. The muffins (cooked at 350f) released with a hard shake. Some batter residue did remain baked on the pan. It cleaned easily after a 10-minute soak in warm water. The pan has kept its shape. It used the sheet pans to make some muffin caps. The recipe called for a preheated oven at 375F. The recipe strongly suggested paper muffin liner cups. The muffin caps came out just fine, and the paper liners prevent any sticking. However, the pan warped after about 5 minutes in the oven. I would not recommend this product. I am strongly considering returning the purschase.
