I love these things! Always go LG, they know how to make a headset. Even refurbished, these are like new truly and have great sound. It's a bonus to have the JBL exterior speaker but it's not the loudest and it's only on the right side. For the price though, worth it totally.

BETTER than Air Pods!!!!!
Tried air pods. No thank you! I love my LG Tones! Great sound!! Comfortable enough to wear all day (I’m on the phone a lot for my business). Buy them!

It seems to muffle voice a little when I turn my head

Looks like AirPods for me
What I like is the lighter weight of this headset over the LG Tone Active plus that I had. But with that said I miss the outboard surround sound of the active plus. Sound quality is good still using earbuds, noise canceling isn’t so great and still getting use to buttons to make calls. Overall I am glad to have gotten the refurbished deal with the savings. Should it last and perform like my last LG I will call it overall great like Lg has been for me. Update: Sorry to say I have just returned the second one. Connectivity issues and people I talked to one the phone often said I sound muffled. I ended up buying one from Sams Club that was new less the outboard speaker which I miss. Maybe Lg will do it again some day. For now I recommend AirPods for awesome sound connection and ease of Siri.

On/off switch
The on/off switch is on the inner side next to your neck, I've had 2 switched quit working due to being exposed to sweat. I like the headset but wish they would move the switch. When I saw this one had the switch in the same place I returned it.

Poor quality
This product was not certified to be sales to anyone. The condition was very poor, battery doesn't hold the charge, the right ear peace was defective. It was very inappropriate to charge $180.00 dollars for this use headphone.
