Based on other reviews, it seemed like some people got truly white benches, while others received pink ones. I decided to spin the wheel and see what I received. Unfortunately, the product was distinctly pink. I contacted customer service, and they immediately refunded me twenty dollars of the cost! So that made the bench a great deal.With one coat of white spray paint, the bench looks much whiter, though there's still a pink undertone.Assembly was easy, until we discovered that one screw was missing. The good news is that as soon as I contacted customer service again, they mailed out the screw, and we were able to easily complete the assembly.So: Customer service is great, but it might behoove the company to make a better product up-front.(Our cat loves this bench! She stretches out across the whole thing, so it can be hard for us to find room to sit so that we can put our shoes on!)

Bought this to serve as a kitchen and bed support in my 'DIY' stealth minivan camper. One locking nut was missing but other than that it seems fine.. I've ordered hinges to change the way the lids folds so it can be used as a table or small counter. I think the shoe compartment will be great for storing rolled towels or raincoats etc.

I like this item but unfortunately the description of this item is wrong.the color was supposed to be white oak but the one I received is light purple very upset about it

I used this for the entryway . My husband difficulty putting it together- lots of pieces and part of it broke apart when he was putting in the screws . I do love it and it looks perfect in my entryway

It fits and it looks wonderful. Just wish the instructions had more wording instead of just pictures. I would have finished it a lot sooner.

This was supposed to be a white storage unit. As you can see from the pictures, it is clearly pink/purple. The feet are actually white, as you would expect. The cushions are yellow in color. Terrible looking. Buyer beware. We will use this as a paint project for my family. The product did ship quickly though and was without damage.

Directions very very unclear and uninformative. Did not show where the grooves for the back panel were suppose to go. Ended up making it uneven. Screws for side panel did not line up to the holes on the side. The feet on the bottom are uneven and even rocks when touched.

This product looked better on the website. I ordered white oak and got a lavender color I would not order this again. It's cheaply crafted.
