In general I like the product, and it does what it's supposed to. I'm a monthly subscriber to the Rest, Burn, and Detox; and I put them into a daily pill container each week. This last bottle I received of the Rest was pink instead of the normal purple, which I see was a manufacturing error. But this makes it very inconvenient, as I will have to keep my Rest pills completely separate to not confuse them with my Burn pills which are pink. Not a complete deal breaker but a bit disappointed.

I feel I sleep better since taking this

As an aging woman, I struggle with falling and staying asleep. But most nighttime meds make me super groggy in the morning. This supplement works to make me just sleepy enough to fall asleep but has no after effects in the morning. I love it!

These help me sleep. I suffer from insomnia so the previous statement says a lot. Pretty color nasty smell. No taste. The smell is worth it for sleep. I am buying again. I Recommend
