We recently installed this mailbox and have been really happy with it so far. It’s spacious, sturdy, and feels like great quality. I love that it’s large enough to hold small packages in addition to regular mail—especially helpful since I’m not always the best at checking the mail daily. It keeps everything secure and protected until I get to it. The design is modern and looks really nice with our home, which was an added bonus. Installation was also straightforward and didn’t take much time. Overall, a great upgrade from our old mailbox!

Love this mailbox. It is well built, the lock and keys are strong and reliable (we had to return another mailbox bought here on Amazon because the keys were weak, flimsy and got stuck in the mailbox and wouldn't open!). I appreciate that they send you 3 keys (the other mailbox only sent two)! The entire metal of the mailbox seems thicker than the last one we sent back and I also love that it came with a plastic insert for the bottom to protect mail from the bolts inside. I wish the mailbox was a bigger size to hold more small packages, but it will do because the quality is great! I do wish the letter flag was metal though. That's the only part that is not going to last as long. Would buy from this brand again!

This thing is built like a tank. Make sure your post can support it as it weighs around 30 pounds! It arrived in the manufacturer box, which is unusual for Amazon. Most things come over-boxed. It was very well packaged, and had no damage upon arrival. Even the box showed no damage, which is a miracle considering it's size, weight and that it came across country from one coast to the other! This mailbox is made from much thicker steel than the average box. It is all welded and seems to be made extremely well. I found no defects whatsoever. Even the paint was pristine. It also appears the paint is quite thick so hopefully that will help prevent rust for a long time. The only problem I had was the installation hardware was missing. It did come with 3 keys and a plastic "pad" to place on the bottom to keep your mail dry and off the bottom of the box. The lock appeared to be pretty heavy duty, but getting the keys into the lock was a bit of a struggle. They just didn't want to go in smoothly. Maybe some graphite would help, but I didn't have any, and I ended up sending the box back for lack of the hardware anyway. I was also disappointed to find that a cover for the lock was not included, but was an accessory you had to order from the manufacturer. We get ice storms and it would be nice to cover the lock to insure you can still get it open if it's frozen over. I also determined that mounting this box was going to be a nightmare. Granted there were a number of mounting holes in the bottom to select from based on your situation, but getting to them to drive the lag screws (that were missing) into the post would be difficult if not impossible. With the 2 doors on the front (especially the top swivel door in the way), there just isn't room to get your hands and a socket wrench inside and still be able to manipulate the wrench to tighten the screws. I was not looking forward to that frustrating installation. I was about to just do a reorder, when I found the Pro version of this box included a separate mounting plate. You mount the plate, then slide the box onto it and secure it with screws located behind the locked door. Brilliant! Unfortunately, it is quite a bit more expensive, but to me it is worth it, so that's what I went with. If you want a heavy duty, well built security mailbox, and don't mind installation headaches, this is a good option. Even better is the Pro version that makes installation a breeze, but comes at a much higher price.

Very durable steel powder coated secure mailbox. Looks good! Comes with mounting hardware, easy to install, fits perfect with the mail boss post and mail boss post extension. Good for residential use if checked every day or every other day. Not good for medium to large packages, decent for small packages, regular mail, and packages that hold things like shirts. Nice security feature with the locking door. Price is average.

You definitely get your moneys worth with this purchase. The mail box is made with weather and extended use in mind. Very strong and durable. Is easy to install. I suggest a good post to match, and support the weight of this mail box. Not the usual standard thickness. The operation of the door, flag and lock are superb. Operate smoothly. This mail box is supplied with 3 very high quality keys. You can register on-line for the warranty, in the event you would lose your key. Love this feature. I chose the black. The paint on the exterior and interior are smooth and well coated, and even. As mail boxes go…very pleased with my purchase . Not that I think I would need another one any time soon. I would recommend this Brand highly, to my friends and family. Or an Amazon customer.

El Buzon es una chulada! De primera. Lujoso y excelentes materiales. Pero….. Cuando quise colocarlo no había manera xq en La pared se obstruye para abrirse. Fui directo a su página y no hay las bases como tal ahí. Había que comunicarse y pedirla y fue un show. Terminé mandándola a hacer con un herrero.
