Sony PlayStation 4 Pro Console - Black - 1TB (Renewed)

I bought this item refurbished, and it was delivered on time, smoothly, in great condition and seems to operate perfectly well. The PS4 was bought for my kids 9/16 to use and they are not disappointed. It allows them to play on all the games they are interested in without paying PS5 prices. There’s aren’t really any cons I have found yet but I will keep an eye out and if anything crops up I will update this rating accordingly!

got a Sony PlayStation 4 Pro Console - Black - 1TB (Renewed) very pleased with console small mark but could that is being fussy. Came with charging usb not working they replaced then joy stick on right gave up they replaced. The service has been very very good and if you are looking for a second hand ps4 pro dont wast you time hunting it internet just use these guys

I paid the extra to PixelDirec to go from one that was "Good" to one that was in "Excellent" condition, I wish I hadn't bothered, the one I got has not been refurbished properly (still dusty externally in the vents & is loud). 1. Controller wasn't a match & had extremely bad stick drift making it unusable. 2. Console itself was missing a rubber foot. 3. Visible damage to the front (visible) parts of the unit. 4. Badly scratched PS4 logo. To bring this up to "Excellent" standard I will need to refurbish this myself.

Controller having major issues when gaming. When online gaming with my wife & Daughter the controller gets static through the headset, it goes to a bluescreen & it takes you out of the application to the initial login screen where you choose the user when you 1st log into the PlayStation. We reset the controller, no fix. We labeled the controller and swapped it for the one on my wife's older regular PS4 console & the issues all followed the controller. The controller from the older system has no issues on the newer PS4 Pro. I contacted Amazon support & they moved me to the seller feedback application where I filled out all the information & submitted it on 7-7-22, they said I should wait until 9-7-22 for a reply, It is now the 10th & I have not heard back. I have ordered movies and music from this seller "musicMagpie" many times & never had an issue, this is the 1st time I purchased electronics from them. I hope they will resolve this issue. Update: It looks like the seller may not have seen the message center messages but responded quickly to this review, they have said they should be sending out a new controller in 3 days, this is a relief as I want to be able to play with my wife & daughter. I will update again then. Here it is on 7-17-22 & "musicMagpie" got me the replacement controller, I have only had a short time to test it but so far it has no issues. Hopefully all will stay well & I can report that although they may not be testing their equipment well before sending it out they were responsive in replacing the faulty part. Customer service is a dying art, so this no small thing, I would recommend buying from this seller & will continue to do so myself.

Very pleased. Item had been cleaned correctly and is in good working order when arrived but later developed a power issue. Returned to seller who promptly refunded.

The Item! Packaging all very good however I ordered through Amazon and was quoted delivery on Saturday three days after I ordered but the communication from the supplier stated delivery within 7 days as per their T & C which I found conflicting and not acceptable. Fortunately the product arrived a day early which was excellent overall so far so good with the product thank you!

The console was in really good working condition. Played endlessly for hours with no issues whatsoever. I have never owned a PlayStation 4 before so never had to chance to buy it brand new. But this came pretty close and definitely made me really happy with my purchase! The controller had a few deep scratches but was functional with good battery. The cables (console power cable, controller charging cable and hdmi cable) may not have been original but worked just as well. Overall, definitely a good choice. Would buy again!

The ps4 unit is in very fine condition and works well. I did, however, have a problem with the wireless controller and contacted Amazon explaining the issues…three days later I received a replacement controller, so a big thank you to Amazon
