I can truly feel the difference. I buy two bottles at a time so that I know I won't run out. I stopped drinking coffee bc I got all the energy I need without a crash. I have more energy and my body gets all the vitamins it needs. My urine is brightly colored so probably a little more vitamins than my body needs. Lol

Contains nasty BHT
The item description doesn't mention it, but these vitamins contain BHT. You can check Natrol's website for the full ingredients list.BHT is a nasty chemical preservative that is possibly carcinogenic and has been banned in several countries. As far as I'm concerned, it has NO place in vitamins, or any other product we consume.I did not know this and was taking these vitamins for several weeks before I noticed BHT among the ingredients. I will never buy a Natrol product again and urge you to do the same!

I immediately noticed a difference the first time i tried this multi and i am quite pleased with the results. I have spent a fortune on supplements which provide an energy boost and honestly for me,after trying everything it seems, i find that in addition to taking just MACA root in the morning, this is a great afternoon tool for maintaining as a Mother, and everything else tht requires my strength and attention which is very important to me. Plus, you only have to down one vitamin. Not two, or six!! I was feeling soooooo sluggish before but wow, does this help tremendously!!! Not to mention, I feel really really good almost as if im happier, and more motivated to get moving... and I hope it lasts : ) Highly recommended- especially for those who want to replace their mid day coffee jolt. Everyone is different but for the price and the ingredients, i say it is worth a shot.

The best!
Great Vitamin. Highly reccommended. It gives me energy. I've been using this product for about a year. I use the Natrol Melatonin as well.

GREAT MULTI VITAMIN
Great multivitamin for folks thats ALWAY on the go especially parents... the name speaks for itself "ENERGIZER" you feel energetic all day long!!!
