We have had it 3 days and we are in love already. Blew away my expectations for a $200 robotic vacuum. Works very well keeping our floors clean.*** UPDATE: After using the vacuum for several days it started to make a squealing noise from one of the brush arms. I replaced the brush with a supplied brush but that did not fix the problem.Furthermore, here are some things I've noticed with the vacuum:- The unit cleans VERY well and picks up fine dust and debris excellent. Each time the cleaning bin was completely full of dust and hair (I live in a house with 3 girls and my wife).- The unit works excellent on very low carpet and any type of hardwood floors. It WILL NOT work on any type of shaggy carpet or high pile carpet. This includes throw rugs or thick floor mats.- The Smart Navigation technology left much to be desired. With that being said - it does "smart clean" the areas of the house while the battery is charged. Once the battery has been depleted the unit will try to find the charging dock and once located all the Smart Navigation tracking is lost. If you run the vacuum again it will randomly start cleaning and NOT pick up where it left off before it started charging.- The APP is spotty at best and doesn't have many options. It does have all the options as the remote though.- It works well with Alexa.Overall, I'm dropping the stars to 4 because of the Smart Navigation limited functionality and because the unit now makes alot of squealing noise while in operation. Sadly, I will be returning the unit.On a different note; if you live in a house with ALL hardwood floors and tile that is under 1,000 Sq feet this until would work great. Or, maybe to keep one single room clean.

For the price this vacuum works surprisingly well. It can easy pick up larger things like cat food, but it also does a nice job of cleaning up lighter weight debris. It easily goes from our carpeted living room to our wood kitchen floors. It also easily fits under the kitchen island and chairs. All in all it’s great, but there are a few quirks to be aware of:- It goes over one rug in the living room but not the other. Not really sure why, but the one it does go on is actually a higher piling than the one it doesn’t clean. Still haven’t figured that one out.- it’s gotten stuck in a spot and marked up the carpet somehow from spinning in circles. The marks came up but still a bit annoying to have black streaks on cream carpeting. I’ve since sectioned that area off to avoid this.- about 1.5 months in to having it, it started immediately stopping after beginning its cleaning, saying there was an anti falling warning when there isn’t a ledge in sight. Recently there was an update and I think they fixed this because it hasn’t happened since.- sometimes it has a hard time finding the charging station and will aimlessly go around the house. I end up turning it off and picking it up when this happens.Overall, my house has been a lot cleaner the last two months I’ve had this. The quirks don’t outweigh the benefits, they’re just things to be aware of so you’re not disappointed when they happen.

The media could not be loaded.  Loving this robotic vaccuum cleaner. I had a white PureClean one before which was pretty basic and it did a great job. I decided to give it as a gift to my mum and bought another more complex one from a different brand, and was very disappointed, so I sold it and returned to the PureClean brand, this time with this more advanced one. I also got the mopping adaptor for it. It works excellent! At first it seemed a bit lost in thought and would do some weird stops and turns. I imagined it was learning the terrain and gave it a week. Now it has grown smart and cleans our 2000sqft main floor in under an hour! And doesn’t look confused anymore. It always finds its way back to the charging dock too. (Watch the video I uploaded). Plus, it’s good looking and matches my modern decor! Only cons: it speaks (meh, I’m not a fan of speaking gadgets). And it gets stuck on area rugs sometimes, even though they’re not shaggy. The app is also not as impressive as I hoped, not a lot of options. These 3 reasons are why I took off a star. But, I am very happy with my purchase! It’s the best budget saving robotic vaccuum brand, and this advanced model is great!

I've had this a better part of a year now and it's run every day, no issues. You simply cannot put a price on having dog hair free hardwood floors without having to vacuum yourself every day. Even if this broke in six months, I would buy another. Works just as well as any other major brand robot vacuum I've tried. I don't really have many nice things to say about the app. It's some generically outsourced app that was definitely not tailored to this brand or model. The vacuum does a fairly good job of keeping track of where it's been, but since it's gyro based and plastic wheels can slip on hardwood, it does tend to drift on the map sometimes.Either way, solid product for the money.

So, first of all. The first one we ordered came DOA. The seller was very quick to help us return it so that we could look into getting a new one. We decided to give this one a go again. This one worked great. I had bought this vacuum for hardwood floors as that's what I had at the house I lived at previously. The house I'm in now has hardwood and carpet and the vacuum (which we named succbot) has earned her place in this home as well. She just goes about her day doing her best and we love having it around. It's not the quietest around but still not bad at all. The remote and app can be a little screwy on occasion but it hasn't been a major problem. I would recommend.

Was working well and the app also, but I've noticed over the past few months the doesn't work and the robot runs until the battery dies, just sitting in the middle of thr floor. I then have to pick it up and place it back on the charger. The mapping feature doesn't work either and it most times seems to run the same path over and over. Occasionally when the bumper hits anything it just sits there in error and doesn't recover itself.
