I really like the contents of this supplement. I did not loose any weight because I don't need to loose weight. I take it for pure maintenance. This is one of the 160 supplements I take, and as everything else I chose, I did my research on every single one of them. Some supplements I'm taking are pure experiment, but some are to stay with me for as long as it's working as it should. I weigh 120 lbs, and have no need to loose weight, but if I do loose some, it makes very happy. All I can say is when I look in the mirror, I smile. Need to say no more, right? Wrong. I tell you more, I DO NOT OVER EAT, EVER. Got my message? I see people complaining and making terrible reviews about products when they don't even try the supplement long enough or they have no diet, no exercise, no control of how much they eat. Put a padlock in the mouth, because your body is what you EAT, Dude. Got it? I definitely recommend this product because it keeps me beautiful. Ana

this stuff really does work! It WILL create an increase in bowel movements and they can tend to be a bit loose at first, but the body does regulate that as it gets used to the pills. I thought to try to reduce the number given in half what is recommended but the effects are significantly less as well, not worth the difference and as mentioned the body DOES adjust to it eventually.Being ADDH this si especially good as ti is NOT stimulant driven as stimulants do not stimulate me and therefore are fairly useless to me. These work on the metabolism itself and not only decreases weight but reduces appetite. There can be some abdominal cramping at first but again that went away as the body adapted to it. I thought it was nice that they included dieter's Tea for free but they want you to take 6 pills a day????? Really OMG. I am going to take 2 a day hopefully that works. I dont get why so many. couldnt they make the pills more concentrated?? so you take less. Well I will give it a shot.update: after a few days of taking this I just wanted to say it does happen to curb your hungerupdate: It has been a couple weeks and I must say it does help but i only take 2 a day not 6.

Did not work as stated but all supplements do not work the same like others. I would recommend this to others though.
