Do not purchase as these are dangerous the whole barrel not just the plates heat up therefore burns your skin. You can’t even hold the end tip of the barrel without it burning your fingersTried several attempts to get return label from supplier to no avail just a text back from Chelsea you should have read the instructions before use.. trading standards are now informed as this isn’t acceptable and I have photographic evidence

I was pleasantly surprised when I got the packaged to find a very professional and good looking box which made me even more excited to start using. I love this new styler, ive gotten rid of my straighteners and will only keep hold of my hairdryer as a back up. Still learning what brush does what but the main thing is my frizz is kept under control.The only thing I would say is it does get extremely hot when its used in its highest temperate for a long period of time, so I use a towel or something to release the brush head from main bit to cool down. Please keep away from children because I can imagine there will be a necessary rush to A&E if they got hold of the hot brush and thats not me being over dramatic, I'm nearly 30 and shocked me to feel how hot it got after first use so be extra careful.The main thing is it styles and drys like it says it does and in good time. I would its quicker than using separate styling tools, less cables and change of brushes,I would give five stars but the high heat is a downfall, yes it needs to be hot to work but im not sure if it needs to get that hot if you catch my drift. Due to the heat, traveling maybe not ideal. Its not massive but its not small enough to be compact when packing lightly for travelling which explains the two stars.

I have been looking for a hair straightener/curler in one for a long time and never had any luck but this one is perfect. The only downside is that you can't adjust the temperature as it's static and I believe has only one temperature setting. My favourite part of this straightener/curler is that when you are curling your hair, you can lock the straightener so that it becomes a curling iron as it is ceramic 360 degrees. Curls come out amazing and the Straigtener does it's job too so I'm happy and would highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for a 2 in 1 straightener/curler on a low budget. Worth every penny.

The hair dryer is well made and represents good value for money for anyone who needs a compact device for travelling with, or just a lightweight, simple dryer for home use. The 'salon' style dryers can often be heavy and unwieldy in size, but this little gem is easy to use, even for the smallest hands. We found the 1200W power rating to be perfectly adequate for a quick drying job.

Arrived quickly. Amazing value for money and very good quality. I have a reduced grip in my hands, so this was lightweight & easy to use. I have naturally curly hair mid length. The diffuser attachment is excellent as it has long prongs. The gentle heat option, meant that this drier did not blast my hair into a frizzy mess. It dried my hair quickly. The smart carry bag keeps it all neatly together. The colour combination is on trend and looks very smart. The brushes are an added bonus for those that use them for styling. All in all an excellent quality set from Carmen!

Been looking for a good all-in-one curler and hairdryer for years. Bought several but either brush bristles were too rough on my scalp or design meant I got burnt around the sides of my face and back of neck. This is awesome! I was skeptical because of the low price and futuristic look but I could not believe how great it was when I used it. I have shoulder-length medium course hair and the finished result was salon-looking hair. I have a tender scalp and hair that tends to break but all of the attachments just caress the scalp. The big paddle-like brush doubles as a brush/dryer and scalp massager. Love it so much that I'll be buying another one to keep just in case they go out of production.

highly recommended, easy to handle not heavy, and easy to turn on and off, I have problems with fingers, thisis perfect cant praise it enough.

Ideal for my holiday. Not too heavy for my suitcase. Didn't take long to dry my hair. Really useful!
