Great fit work fine

This seems like it is a GM Genuine part. Replacement was easy, maybe took 10 minutes. Much better than having a broken vent.

Fit just like it should, however the quality & feel of it when compared to the broken 1 it replaced was definitely noticable. It says "genuine GM" yet I'm skeptical. Furthermore, there's a sticker on it that says it's made in Mexico, but on another spot which is cast into the plastic, it says made in Canada (but that spot has been sanded/ground off for some reason... sketch). All in all it works, but I'm *sure you can buy 1 just like it (not OEM quality) for much cheaper elsewhere.

Kind of a pain in the ass to install. You'll need to take a lot of the dash apart. It's not difficult. YouTube has some videos. Picture shows which part and color you're buying.

Good part, perfect fit. Do yourself a favor after you pull your gauge bezel off. Use a razor knife or small saw to cut a notch in the dash over the top screw. Just stay under the obvious bezel line and this vent will slide right out.

I gave it four stars because the color wasn't the OEM color. I have a gray dashboard and this came as a black unit. I mean ultimately it blends in and you can't see the black trim because the dadhboard covers up the edge but I wish I had known that when I bought it
